Mission YUVA (Youth Upliftment through Venture & Action) is the Government of Jammu & Kashmir’s flagship initiative to guide, skill, and finance young aspiring entrepreneurs. Megha received formal appreciation from the Director of Employment & Skill Development and Mission Director/CEO for her impactful UI/UX contributions.
Project Objectives
- •Design a hopeful, motivating digital experience inspiring youth to explore self-employment.
- •Structure hundreds of government subsidy and loan schemes into an easy-to-navigate eligibility wizard.
- •Provide single-window application submission for bank credit, incubator spaces, and mentorship.
- •Build administrative screening dashboards for district employment officers.
Design Challenges
- •Simplifying intricate banking loan guidelines, interest subventions, and project report templates.
- •Ensuring youth without formal business training can understand and apply without middlemen.
- •Creating a cohesive visual language linking skill training with startup funding.
